Please keep 30 - 45 minutes for the elevator access in the rush hour, if you're looking for renting this place DON'T if you're already renting please don't keep office timings rigid and net result waste of productivity time, 4 elevators carrying 4X15X2 (both directions) = 120 every 10 min plus wait time of 20 min, you can calculate the hourly waste of productivity time ud83eudd14

Worst elevator in the world ! you want to experience commuting by tube in central London go there betwen 8:30 and 9 am.nMax Powder is a joke elevator brand they should replace by real such as otis or schindler

Be prepared for random unexpected power cut while you're working and all your files crashed. The surrounding area is dirty and ghetto-ish, hard to find a decent lunch hangout place. The janitor lady on our floor keeps blaming us for causing her to work(??), she is more than welcome to quit her tired-ass job if she doesn't need it. And if all that wasn't enough to say how amazing this building has to offer, you will also experience the long wait for elevators and constant breakdown. Plus most people in this building don't have manners or are unwilling to learn social etiquette.
