This is a great place to buy new helmets in HCMC, very affordable and made to EU standards. Unfortunately though they didn’t have any small enough to fit my head, but a good range nevertheless.

Our hotel recommended buying a helmet here to avoid getting a fake one. These are high quality beautiful helmets that cost around 500,000 dong which is very affordable. The staff speaks English and is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend buying a helmet here if you visit Saigon. Thank you!!!!
