Shop for 30 minutes, stand in the line waiting for over 30 minutes! The guy at the vegetable counter has a face like a basket case and very stuck up even with the elderly. Consider such a big supermarket chain cannot afford to have better employees and improve service!

Terrible customer servicenI came to the Customer Service bay to ask for an invoice since I'm purchasing for a company. At least 3 staff was there but none of them answered my inquiries. It was not until I asked to see the manager that they forcefully processed an e-invoice, processed but never received on my email. The manager appeared but she protected her staff without knowing how bad their services were. Later, I even contacted the hotline yet nothing ever happened. This supermarket offered the worst experience ever.

The merchandise is abundant and the staff is friendly. True story here: I lost my parking card and with their help, I was able to find it and went home in no time

The supermarket is good located in Gò Vấp. But it's space is narrow. The price is reasonable.
