The building and structure of this Hot and Cold outlet is excellent . Cleanliness is probably the best of the three outlets I frequent but the girl mixing the drinks the night we went there was hopeless . It looked like she'd thrown the ingredients into the plastic container and served it up . I had a chocolate volcano with blueberry pearls . They didn't seem to have any blueberry popping pearls and the product firstly didn't appear to be anything like the picture, nor was it even close to the same product served at the Pham Ngu Lao area outlet . I reckon that if they could serve up the best version of this product in the city that this huge place would be packed . Instead this well positioned multi floored monolith was deserted .
