The cinema was new in the city. It was located in a shopping mall near the city center so it's easy to get there. The cinema rooms were small and everything was really new. Staff were ok, not too friendly, not very helpful, just ok. If you watch movies early in the morning or late at night, you can have some time to enjoy the movie. Avoid crowded time at all cost because there were impolite people there to talk too loud, kick your seat for fun, answer the phone and spoil everywhere. At some periods of the year, there would be no good movie. Vietnamese movies are boring with poor emotion of actors and actress, avoid them, too.

LOVE this place!! It's your one stop for entertainment (movies, arcade, kids section), food (western and Asian) Groceries and shopping (electronics, makeup, jewelry, clothes, and more). And it's beautiful to boot. It's a bit far as it's past city center, but it's worth it. The grocery store has some items (like laughing cow cheese, Presudent butter, almond milk etc) much cheaper than I've found elsewhere. Also their membership card you earn points that are redeemable and get discounts on certain items (score!!)

Very underwhelming service here. Cinema is pitch black even prior to starting the films and trailers with no staff on hand to guide customers to seats. The concession staff are poorly trained and managed. Cinemas make their money on selling popcorn and drinks and the service should be quick and accurate not just for the customer benefit but for driving revenue. Being the 3rd person in line and waiting 7 minutes to be served is poor.nToilets are also poorly maintained.nSeats are comfortable enough but the sound system is way too loud.nPoor experience.

The worst cinema ever!!!!! The previous experience me and my friends brought foods inside was available, but today, we were planing to watch movie with some chips and frieds. The clerk told us it’s not acceptable just before the movie starts. So I asked for the refund, the manager came to argued with me, she exactly said that was their mistake, but still didn’t want to give back the the money, and just walked away without any explanation and apology.nHello! Did you just said it’s YOUR mistake?!!!!!! How about the refund?????
