The first time I ate shrimp soup in Thoai Son, An Giang, I heard this was a special dish here. The noodles in this area are like the noodles of beef noodles (but bigger than 1 inch) in Saigon, but people still call this bread soup. More interesting is that this dish is eaten with the shrimp, but the shrimp is super sweet, and then added with tree patties, sliced ​​meat and if in tune, more frightening than having duck flipped on.
