Price ok, clean room, near the center

Worst hotel of the 10$ price range where we have stayed at. We do bot expect much, but atleast a clean room and not super angry staff is something that would bring atleast some value for money. The room is dirty, staff does not know they are bookable online and were screaming and fighting when we arrived. Many better hotels in the area, such as Minh Dien next door.

Clean room.nNo normal stretches.nThere is hot and cold water.

Lack of staff, broken door locks, clean rooms.
