HEAD Honda Ngoc Xuan

Went in for a service and had problems with leaking fuel. Picked the bike up the next day and it was still leaking fuel even though they claimed to of fixed the bike. Came back the next day and they said they changed the Spark plug and everything was good to go. We rode down the street and already had problems with starting the bike. The bike takes awhile to start and you really have to blip the throttle to give it the power to get going. This was never a problem before. Mechanics have no idea what they are doing and when fixing one problem they are creating a new problem. Horrible service. Staff need training on how to deal with customers and use google translate. I had to pull my own phone out to discuss it with them.

Very good experience with Honda guys. Particularly the guy from service department he took me to some other shop to fix my tire absolutely awesome thanks Honda Cao Bang team. Highly recommended.

If your European don't go here! They put in the wrong bolts to my back sprocket which was broken afterwards dangerous and unsafe.
