Good service quality

I come here on 3/5, after the holidays, the guests are quite crowded. One thing that I do not like when coming here is that there are no instructions like the other banks, you find your own papers or withdraw money, there is no lottery number, crowded together to do it, even if there are seats but everyone tries cut in front of the counter.
