Nice place with clean environment and friendly people. Near the river. Can hear the sound of the boat at night. With wifi. Can use Google translator to chat with them, they'd love to interact with you.

Amazing stay! The host family was incredibly friendly. Accommodation clean and in order. Breakfast food is tasty and comprise local dishes. They can cook you dinner if you like.

Great homestay! On the shore on the Mekong, owner also grows frogs and flowers. Big common room with ~20 beds (+one private 4 beds room), simple shared bathroom. Great for a night or 2, we enjoyed biking around.

As the first local family in Sadec to offer homestay service with no prior hospitality experience, they're amazingly considerate and professional in taking care of guests. One can learn a lot about frog farming and horticulture from Mr. Cuong who displays a quiet can-do attitude. Guests have the choice of sleeping in an air-conditioned family room with two double beds or on a mattress in communal house separate from the host family's residence, overlooking the frog tents and river. The latter costs only $8 a night. The toilets and showers are clean (by Vietnamese standards)
