Not friendly. For the riches only
I wanted to get a fairly common part for my road bike that was not cheap. The salespeople couldn’t be bothered to look for it in their shop much less order it in case they didn’t have it. They are focusing on selling only very expensive bikes to clueless rich Vietnamese people who have very little product knowledge.
