Tuy Hoa seems to be obsessed with vintage coffee shops. This is one of those. There are at max 10 little tables in this place, a lot of young people, and 3 sets of tables and chairs for smokers outside. Drinks don't have any highlights, I think most people including me come here for the vibe.

excellent little throwback cafe unlike the mainstream vietnamese ones. small but real funky. And across the street there is this Banh Canh joint thats very popular with locals.
