I've been coming to this hotel for 4 years. It bears the name of the nearby river flowing through the city. It's inexpensive, and the staff always very nice and helpful. Alas, as is almost always the case in Vietnam maintenance is unheard of and this hotel is just too rundown. There are much nicer places at slightly more expensive rates in the newer pay of Tuy Hòa.
