Do not use this tour company if you are even remotely disabled. Do not think that they are listening to you in the case that you clearly identify your disability. They simply aren't. My experience touring the Paridice cave with these people was horrific. After clearly expressing my disability to these people and actually demonstrating the same they put me through hell!. It was only the kind of fellow tourists that got me through this. Otherwise I could have been seriously injured. I suffer from a profound lack of balance after having suffered a stroke. These people should not accept any even mildly disable people. They are irresponsible

If you're looking for a well-organized tour to explore one of the fantastic caves while not having to deal with too many other visitors, this is the one you want.nOur guide Cong was very friendly and funny, the lunch was delicious and it's overall a great experience.nIf you are afraid of heights though, I'd recommend you to think twice since at one moment you go down a pretty to very long ladder without any safety harness. They have them for the other ladder, so maybe also use them for this one? I could easily see someone falling down it and seriously injuring themselves.nThat was the only time I felt unsafe though because otherwise it's fine.nAlso word of advice to parents: I'd never do this with my kids, even though they say it's fine. The distance between some sports of the ladder is really not suitable for children.nAnd for my final remark, I had the feeling we were wasting time sometimes: we had to wait quite a long bit after lunch before we finally could go caving and at one time in the cave we had to listen to a long explanation that wasn't that informative.nI love efficiency and I think this tour could benefit from it. Then again, it's Vietnam and not Europe so I'm really splitting hairs here. I'd definitely do it again!

Absolutely amazing and once and a lifetime experience. Our guide Thai was amazing and made us feel super at home. I cannot express the feeling of seeing 500 million years of rock structures so high up and than climbing down them.

AMAZING TOUR! We had the best day, huge highlight of our trip and Thai was the best guide! He was very knowledgeable and funny I feel like I learnt a lot about the history of Vietnam and cave information! HIGHLY RECCOMENDED ud83dudc4fud83cudffcud83dudc4dud83cudffcud83dude01 i was scared with the heights but everyone was so helpful and it was fun! Thank you Thai!
