I have been using Ciao Trvel for three years now. Not only for my personal trips , but as a travel agent in Southern California I have used it for my clients trips as well. I am a very particular and exacting client.nThe agents and the owner of this company have gone far beyond a normal travel agents job ; to the extent of finding a doctor for me when I was not feeling well in Hanoi. Not only did they find me a doctor but he was a personal friend of the owner of the company. The hotel I stayed at wanted $200 for doctor visit, this doctor only wanted $25 and that included the medicines.nTheir agents are on call 24/7 in case of any emergencies while we were on tour with them. They were able to contact all of my hotels and not only have fruit baskets or flowers upon my arrival but all the amenities in the room that I had requested or taken care of at all times.nnI would without hesitation recommend discussing your upcoming trip with these people. There meet and greet services will get you through customs and immigration in 10 minutes upon your arrival. The VIP service to and from the airport will not only get you to your hotel in a timely manner it will also get you through the airports in a timely manner without having to wait in lines.nnTrust me , the first time you use them you will be back for seconds and thirds like I have.

In September 2019 I went on an 11 day tour of Vietnam. Ciao Travel gave me one of the best ever experiences of travel I've had. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the custom itinerary worked like a charm. If I needed to tweak something when I was out and about then a phone call quickly sorted things for me.nnAnytime I go to Vietnam Ciao Travel will be the only operator I use as they provide the perfect service. Thank you!!!
