You can ride a motorbike to this location. The road is easy to go, though it's a bit far from the center of the island. I don't know if there is a ticket to visit here or not, but I just go out to collect 5 10k 1 person. Standing on that view is quite beautiful. There are some military soldiers stationed there very funny. If you have come to eternity, please try to come here to breathe a little bit of the air of your home island waters.
