Vinmec Hospital Ha Long

I received professional health care from the staff of this hospital. During the storm I got injured and unfortunately I fractured my tooth. The port agent was exactly on the time and took me to hospital.nI ve got the xray done before I met with the doctor. He was speaking English and he filled the space on the tooth. Hospital is extremely clean. Fully recommended.

Wonderful hospital with efficient and friendly staff. The process from appointment to the end was quick and effortless. Make an appointment before as it is much cheaper than just walking in. Prices are reasonable and the cleanliness is amazing. Received blood tests within a few minutes. Would highly recommend.

Due to an injury I had to stay in this hospital for five days. The overall patient care is excellent. Very caring doctors and staff. There are few expat doctors but there was a translator always available with the non English speaking doctors. Cleanliness is exceptional and they have modern equipments.

The nurse are very friendly and helpful and also the emergency was very good.nBut when we called the hospital that I can't walk and have got fever over 40 degrees they didn't want to come to pick me up. They just said i should take a taxi, but I didn't even know how to get into the taxi.nThe emergency was really friendly. The doctor was really helpful and also was able to speak a little german. But they told me that the next day I'll get the result of my malaria test.nSo the next day in hospital nothing happend. I didn't recieve a result and I just lay there the whole day, nobody did some tests with me. And again I heard the sentence: The result will come tomorrow.nAgain one night in hospital. This day one doctor I have never seen before comes to me and says: The result will come tomorrow. I told him that I'm feeling good, but he said I have to stay there for at least 3 more days.nWe said that we are going to leave the hospital the next day and however it was possible to give me the malaria result the same day.nThe next day I heard again that I have to stay for another 3 days, but I told them that I already said the day before that I want to discharge.nWe had to wait half of the day for the discharge.nWe had the feeling that they just wanted our money and nobody gave me any results of all the tests they did, without me asking for it.nHowever the rooms are very clean and nice structured and again the nurses are so so friendly.

The hospital was very good. They have very good staff who also speak good english, it's very convenient because I'm a foreigner and don't speak vietnamese. The doctors also know what they were doing and the nurses are highly skilled. Although the hospital is a bit expensive, I think you get your money's worth since the service is fast and convenient.
