Fair warning, this rating is about customer service and not the actual boat. I couldn't go on the cruise due to Covid and was told I would be refunded. Every other hotel, transportation, entertainment refunded me immediately. 8 months later and Paradise have not, I have to email them constantly and get replies telling me nothing. There are so many options for Cruises in Halong, choose one you can trust.

Reserved a trip for April. Due to COVID-19, the cruise was cancelled. I was told the refund would take a few days, and now, more than 6 months later, they just stopped answering my emails. I have seen other people in the same situation. Be aware!

2D1N cruise of Halong Bay. Crew & Staff on the cruise are all helpful & friendly without beung intrusive. Cabin & Facilities are tip to modern and meals fed are much more than adequate. Would definitely recommend the cruise to all & sundry
