This basic hole in the wall eatery serves nothing but Northern style banh cuon which are quite different from the standard version. Instead of a cool fish sauce dip with pickles and meat, you get a hot meat broth with sausage, ideal for cold winter mornings. There's also an option for egg filled banh cuon. Personally I prefer the fish sauce version with lots of fresh herbs (lacking here) but it's still a good breakfast. 20k a portion.
