Oi troy oi, i never gave this place the 5 stars it deserves. Our stay was truly magical and the best place to start your Ha Giang loop adventure.nSay hi to Zoom and listen when she tells you something, she's awesome! Hope to go back there some day.

By far the best part of my trip. The staff at Mamas were amazing! We arrived at 3am and were able to stay in a bed for free for the night. Its about a 5 minute walk from the bus station. I lucked out with an amazing group of tourists as well as drivers. We couldnt have asked for better guys. After about 10 minutes into the drive I completely trusted my driver. They were very attentive and always happy and smiling. I most likely will spell their names wrong, but we had bien thang voon leon dien. They hung out with us each night and we got super into karaoke with them. Thang was pretty much a professional photographer and got the best pictures for all of us. What a trip! I highlyyyyy recommend going with this hostel. Sad we couldnt have hung out with them for longer!

The hostel is very clean, the owner speaks English fluentty and she's very nice and welcoming. We took 4 days trip to loop with them and it was great. Highly recommended!!!

We did the Ha Giang loop with Mama’s House and I cannot recommend it enough! The loop itself is incredible, unlike anything I have ever done before, and the hospitality we receives from Mama’s House and our easyriders is some of the best I’ve ever had. We arrived at Mama’s House in the middle of the night on an overnight bus (which she arranged for us) and were received despite the hour and allowed to sleep there for the rest of the night before beginning our journey. We were offered a free motorbike lesson (my motorbike skills were so bad I ended up spontaneously getting an easyrider, a person who drives the motorcycle and shows you around while you ride on the back) and we were also able to store our luggage for free. Our easyriders wrapped up and unwrapped our backpacks for each ride, helped us put on our helmets and pads, drove extremely cautiously and showed us to the best places in the loop. They made us feel really welcome, joking around with us as much as the language barrier would allow and singing karaoke And toasting with us at night. They also went above and beyond and drove to the store to get medicine for my friend when her head hurt, stopped at a place we could buy gloves and such (we were underprepared and freezing), and drove us back and forth in the rain (we stayed at a different hostel from the group in one city because we had booked it in advance before we decided to get easyriders and they drove us back and forth so we could still have dinner with the group at our hostel). I don’t usually write reviews for things but we were very touched by the hospitality of Mama’s House and easyriders and we had an unforgettable and very unique experience with them.

We hired 4 easy riders who took us around the Hi Giang loop over 3 days and 2 nights, incredible experience our drivers were great and took us to some fantastic places, all our food and accommodation was included and it could not of been better. Definitely worth checking this place out
