Ha Giang Bungalow

I stayed with Ha Giang Bungalow in March and rented a motorcycle. They asked to keep my driving licence but forgot to return it to me after the rental. I contacted them in March via Whatsapp and they promised you would return it. I provided a contact name and address of a friend in Vietnam that they can send it to.nnSince March they have blocked and ignored my calls and messages, and don't seem to care about returning my driving licence. I really need it.nnThey don't keep to their word, and don't care about returning my licence to me.nnIf you have any problems after your stay, and there isn't an opportunity to make money out of you, then don't expect them to help :(

Nice, cozy place with reasonable price, helpful and friendly staff. Near Ha Giang bus station, full services and tours. Very quiet at nighttime, you can feel relax and chill here ^^.

We had an amazing time at Ha Giang Bungalow with our family! We stayed for 5 nights. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast, dinner and lunch are really delicious! The dorm-beds are big and comfortable. Bathroom are clean an nice like the hole place. The motorbikes for rental are all quite new and in excellent conditions. Stuff can organise everything for you: the loop, bustickets, tours etc. We loved our stay and everyone at Ha Giang Bungalows!

A beautiful place to stay and travel Ha Giang. U can get all information for the loop tour from there. The bungalow staff is very helpful also.

Wasn't what I was expecting, it was much better and very clean, and really quite, beds very comfy, was my first hostel experience normally stay in high end hotels, so I was a little nervous but didn't need to be, great way to meet all different age people. Great staff and booked the ha giang loop with them which was brilliant
