Small business. Very quite in the evening. Its a dead end road next to a river. They made free dinner for us. Lovely people!

Nice homestay (on booking. com it's Phac Nghè homestay) on first night of doing the Ha Giang loop! The owner and his daughter speak a little bit of english, but are very proficient at using google translate to communicate :-) They help to fix your motorbike if you had a problem! They serve dinner for 50k pp, bia Saigon is 15k, there is good wifi. Beds are comfortable with mosquito nets around them. Nice porch for relaxed seating.
