Cielo coffee & tea Hà giang

Small cafe where you can also purchase beverages. I haven’t tried any of the food but have purchased drinks - to take away - from the proprietors. The service was relatively slow, at least in comparison to other tea places, but I wasn’t in too much of a hurry anyway. A bigger problem might be the menu which is entirely in Vietnamese, a situation which is exacerbated by no English being spoken and the pictures on the menu not showing every item.
