A nice affordable homestay with a great view and trekking routes. You sleep in curtained cubicles in comfortable beds with mosquito nets, and they can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. They even catered to us vegans!nnTip - If driving, go up the mountain road signposted for Hoang Su Phi Lodge. This homestay is 3km up at the side of the road.

Amazing place!!! It is very worth getting there! The family is super nice. We cooked dinner all together and then ate and drank. It was the best place so far in Vietnam. There are many beautiful rice terraces. If you’re going there plan two or three days. There are many things to do in the area!

A new and beautiful homestay.

The family is quite welcoming, but prices are like in the fine dining at Hanoi. Also, they arrange trekking with a tour guide that cost 250k and lunch 200k on the way at some local family house, while they pay to them 15k - looks like they got greedy already. If you have your own tent and know villages that you want to go afterwards, you can easily travel without a guide - but just be ready for 10/15km trekking each day. Make sure you load Google map in offline mode which shows you more or less the paths and names of villages.

Situated in little village. Dormitory is clean, two toilets and showers available. Sleeping on futon, sections of dormitory separated by drapery. Mosquito net provided. Food very good. People running the homestay very nice and ready to help.
