Du Gia Waterfall Homestay & Hostel

Location: great in the middle of this small village. View to the mountains.nRoom: simple for the price, but comfortable.nStaff: mainly volunteers. Friendly but not really helpful (they have to less knowledge about this place). Kids from the owner funny.nFood&Drink: Breakfast inklusive, but you have to walk to another place. Also Optional (family dinner -> very nice).nTotal: wish i could stay longer.

Beautiful waterfall - but don’t follow Google Maps ... this point is high above the waterfall and while there is a way down, there is also a much smoother and shorter route. Just drive along the river further and then best ask someone - it’s about 2 turnoffs later to the left than what Google Maps shows, and then to the right at the top of that hill and back down to the waterfall. When we went, a group of very friendly children decided to guide us down from there and go for a swim as well.

The place is a bit isolated from the main road and the staff friendly, but that's all. In the room we had, the floor was greasy and dusty. There remained clothes of the previous guests. Our room was located in front of the pool, strategic mistake. Despite the curfew requested for 10:45 pm, there were lively discussions and music until 3:00 am and children started playing pool again at 7:00 am. As the prison that served as a room has shutters but no window, it was very difficult to sleep!nToo expensive for was it is.
