We have made a reservation through booking.comnBut when the reception arrived, the receptionist finished the room. There is no notice to let us know in advance. The time now is 11:42 PM. Really disappointed.nnWe booked one room via booking.comnBut when we arrived, reception said have no room for us. Also no noticed for us before. Now is 11h pm. We were really disappointed.
