They don’t speak a word of English. Owner is not friendly! I had a flat tire. We agreed on 400 thousand. When I came to pick up the bike I was forced to pay 300 more! They couldn’t/ wouldn’t explain to me why I had to pay more. After a while I gave up because I wanted to leave this town. Dont go here unless you really have too!
