The owner Thang is a Chinese descendant whose family has lived in Vietnam for 3 generations. He kindly shared of his experiences during the American war and the subsequent war with China. His stories were very interesting and he is a proud and happy man. Highly recommend to visit with a Vietnamese or Chinese translator and listen to his life story.nnFood was decent and the bed was comfortable

Lovely clean rooms and great service from friendly older couple. Drank tea with them in the morning and met some family. A few bugs but as expected in the country surrounded by fruit trees. Don’t offer food so dine in yen minh or there’s a restaurant a walk down the road.

Pros: A cute clean place off the beaten track owned by a lovely welcoming family in a simple pretty village!nEat before you arrive (since this is a cute little village with no restaurants).nCons: The mattresses were hard (like everywhere else in the region).
