Ky Anh parish was established in 1937, separated from Quy Hoa parish. In fact, nearly two centuries ago, there were about 20 Catholic families on the land of Ky Anh parish and the surrounding areas. After a short time they gathered and formed the Dinh Cau parish, ie they ruled the country of Ky Anh now. This parish itself became the first missionary site of Ky Anh county, and missionary priests have been here for a long time. Even so, it was not until 1937 that the Ky Anh parish was established under the law.nnAbout 500 parishes were established at the time of the parish, and now there are about 1200 people in the two churches (Dinh Cau and Trai Cay). Such a slow development is due to the fact that people here here migrated to the South (1954) quite a lot and some settled abroad. Although the number of parishioners is still modest, on the contrary, even before the parish was established until now, from the land of Ky Anh, many priests and monks have been serving in the heart of the Church. .
