Nice stay near all the important landmarks in Dong Van. Market teeming with life right outside the hotel. You can park bikes in secured are. Welcoming owners and nice breakfast. Comfy beds. Only downside we got a room with big neon hotel sign flashing into our window until 10pm and we could not sleep until then.

Highly recommend staying here!!! The hosts were so welcoming and nice. Lovely spacious and clean rooms with air con. The dinner they cooked was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience! They invited us to sit with them and socialise with their friends. Made the night extra special and an unforgettable experience!!!!nnTHANK YOU SO MUCH

The staff was really unwelcoming. Completely lack of customer servicenDorms are at the 4th floor, so too many stairs. Staff are kind of rude and not helpful at all. They don't speak English and don't make any effort to communicate. I wouldn't recommend it

(-) A bit difficult to locate at first and fridge did not work during our stay. But it was just a minor problem since we didn't need it and the owner allowed us to put our food in their fridge in the kitchen.nn(+) Friendly owners. It's a bit difficult to find the guest house at first since it is located in a small alley behind the main street. But after we called, the owner showed us the way and also walked to the front road to receive us. Though everything is basic, room is clean and well equipped with air-con, water heater, TV, wardrobe and fridge (though the fridge seemed not working during our stay). Walking distance to eateries and the old town.
