The worst and very dangerous bus company - except Saps ecotour limousine - i ve travelled in Vietnam in over 3 years. We had booked for 13h from My Ding to Ha Giang. then they called the evening before and moved us to 11h bus. so we stopped working two hours earlier. but the bus did not leave My Dinh before 12:40. just playing with customers.nThe sleeping bus seats are cheap and sticky plastic.nThey explicitly wrote three times and sent a map (!!!) to go their garage in My Dinh, 2 km away from Bus Terminal. but the bus did leave from bus terminal, not from the garage indicated.nFurthermore they did drive off from health checkpoint, filling the bus with additional standing passengers and leaving some travellers from Hanoi behind. The driver had to return to fetch them. We lost allmost an additional hour. and drove very fast and dangerous to gain time.
