Nice food and quiet, good service

Delicious food: sticky rice cooked in bamboo tubes, chicken grilled with Jarai spices in charcoal, local veggies especially young cassava leaves. Nicely decorated space in stilt house; friendly and artistic owners (both husband and wife can sing well in English, Vietnamese and Jarai languages)

There is great traditional local food and delicious rice wine. he chicken is particularly tasty.nThis is probably the only place in Pleiku where you can have a direct contact with the fascinating culture of the Jarai people, from the central highlands of Vietnam.nYou can also find some interesting traditional handicrafts and hear many fascinating stories about the war a war veteran who can speak pretty good English.
