Nice and clean hotel, staffs are friendly and helpful with everything. Very close to Dong Van market, and the old town center. We got a family room enough for 5 people , 3 big beds and nice hot shower. Highly recommended if u go to Ha giang

Loud pump that ran all night. Beds were rock hard. Had to pay before we could stay instead of paying at checkout. Wifi on floor 5 was broken. Bathroom floor was dirty in our room.

The beds were hard like a rock but they had heaters so that was nice !
