Don't go alone! Make sure to bring a local with you! No one in this place speaks a single word English. First you have to get a yellow book from a lady for 5k on the left hand side. Then you fill out your details on the front page, after you can line in one of the 2 queues. Your local guy will explain the lady your issue, and she will print a waiting number (?) and writes the room number on it. You can directly go to that room and I didn't even have to wait. I paid 202k for the 2 mins examination + 432k for medication. Happy foreigner prices for a simple ear infection. Enjoy!
