10am hostel - motorbike rental & tours

The perfect place to start the loop.. the hostel is run by two young woman, who are very kind and helpful, and who were even available for questions during the loop. The bikes are very new and very well maintained, and are rented out for a good price (pretty much all places seem to have the same price in Ha Giang). The hostel was clean and quiet. Can definitely recommend this place!

Accommodation was comfortable, basic but exactly what you pay for. Great place to hire a bike and start your loop, bikes were newish, in good condition and they offer free protective armour (everywhere else in asia should take notes!) Staff are incredibly friendly and the lady who owns it had great tips for what to see in the area and how to spend your time on the loop. Flexible with days (just whatsapp to extend and pay extra when you return or she will refund for days you overpaid)

100% recommend! If you are planning to do the Ha Giang loop this place is perfect for you! Aside from all the things that are expected like good prices, clean rooms, good motorbikes, laundry service and tasty food, the 10 AM Hostel has the nicest staff. They will help you with anything you need concerning your accomodation, travelling, transport and many more. They are just super cool and nice! It was a great choice!

Very basic accommodations and bad rental bikes. They were nice people at checkout but our bike broke down 3 times in 5 days. It was a total junker with high mileage. They only offered to cover the mechanic bill. Really our damages were more than that because of the hindrance to our trip.nnI would recommend people go elsewhere if you're = doing the Ha Giang loop. There are cheaper and better options.

the hostel is nothig more that a nice place where to spend one night before (and maybe after) the ha giang loopnbut the receptionist was super nice, she helped us a lot to manage the next daysnwe rented here alos the motorbikes and they were all perfectnso for sure 5 starsnalso the little drinks/food I had were lovely done!
