The mechanical service is probably okay, they fixed my motorbike chain in no-time.the service desk with the two ladys is something else, they're attitude is passive aggressive. okay my vietnamese is not the best, but they did not even attend to my question. Superb service and staff. They know their bikes. We arrived without prior reservation because of the issues on our rented bikes which occurred during our travels. Mechanics quickly diagnosed and repaired our 2 bikes within 30 minutes. The prices for such service and what needed to be done were super cheap (for tourist standards). Pros at what they do.

Best service of my life!! Changed the oil for my honda future it cost 90 000 VND the guy was super nice, free coffee + the washed my bike. Extremely satisfied
