I just had my first reading with , and he was spot on! He has a way of making you feel like you’ve know him for years. Everything that he mentioned was spot on! Just by a reading over the phone, I could tell that he was a very trusting and caring person. I have no doubt in his splendid work. Can't Thank you enough!

Didn't stay much here. Just an overnight stay in the way to Ha Long bay. Hotel was clean, tidy, everyone with a big smile, and one of the better breakfast buffets I've seen in vietnam

The hotel staff were warm and the service was prompt. The staff kept us asking the feedback for every service. However, the menu is different for a tour package and for a direct booking. The rooms were not big but good enough for 2 people. Washrooms were clean and equipped with basic things like tooth brush, shower and body gel. Hair dryer isn't there. The food was nice and they serve both local and English food.

We had a great stay here. The staff were really accommodating and pleasant, and plenty of English. We were here as part of a multi-day tour so we didn't know what to expect, we were really delighted with it. The room is really clean, modern, well-stocked, and the dinner downstairs was tasty. The fact that it is priced at roughly €20 a night blows my mind. Well worth booking into.

Great hotel but a little dated. Staff were incredibly eager to please and make our stay as comfortable as possible.
