Excellent service. English isn’t great but passable. Best option is to take in a picture of what you like and they can either replicate it or make it even better. Very cheap compared to western standards and they take a pretty long time ensuring that the detail of the nail art is good. My husband was also reasonably happy with his pedicure! All in all, a great place and would definitely recommend!

You can hardly find any nail salon such good in Hanoi, especially nearby the West lake. I came here late at noon, and they served me so well, the staffs can speak little English, but you can check their Online Booking Website which has English Menu + English booking process too. So much convenient! Would definitely recommending to you all.

After travelling for 2 days in the North Hanoi, my Nails seemed like broken and dirty. Everyone here is so lovely and nice and did a great job fixing up the bad stuffs I had before, adding new fresh look and gave me nice foot massage too! I wish this salon was in my hometown because I would most definitely come again.
