Tigit Motorbikes Hanoi

My wife and I decided to drive from one end of the country to the other in April 2018. We decided to go with Tigit based on the reviews and the quality of the bikes. Neither of us had ridden a bike in our lives so this would be a real learning experience and we didn’t want to have to worry about our bikes breaking down.nnOn our first day on the road, one of our bikes (looked brand new) broke down about 2 hours out of town. We called the supplied number and Tigit was able to talk to a local mechanic we found to get the bike looked at. It was established that a piece was defective and broke inside the motor (factory defect). Tigit immediately drove a new bike out to us and on arrival, we continued on our trip. We understand things can happen but it’s how a company handles situations which matters. Tigit was very friendly and professional and had us on our way as quickly as possible. Both bikes never experienced another issue for the remaining 2,000km ride.nnMy wife fell off her bike along the ride and scratched the paint and loosened a mirror. They charged us an extra $20 USD which was incredibly reasonable (I’d have paid many times more happily).nnAll the information they provided was useful and helped along the way. There is at least one stretch of the ride where you need to purchase and store fuel in bottles on your bike. Without that, you’d run out in the mountains due to how remote the area is. They spend at least ten minutes with every group going over maps and what to expect.nnWe plan to head back in the next year or so and will be renting again.

It's not easy to get a good bike in Vietnam, but here You will definitely get one. Communication with the company was smooth from the first email till getting returning the bike. We are heading for a loop in the mountain range separating Vietnam from China These bikes give you the feeling of confidence. The roads are not too good and sometime wicked. Therefore you have to rely on your bike The price is good, the service is excellent and material adequate. This shop deserves a five star recommendation. The views will be spectacular and breathtaking and will make riding the loop worthwhile doing. A good bike is a necessity. Tight Motorbikes understands that.

Great and professional staff. We came without prior booking and left with our bikes within an hour. Everything is checked and ready for ride, they let you do the test ride to see if everything is ok. They explain to you everything and how to behave on the road and what to do in each situation should something happen. Prices are good and the selection of bikes sates the thirst of any kind of biker from casuals to pros. Complimentary racks and bungee cords and helmet is a nice plus. Also the response time through different means is great. Would definitely use their service again.
