The hotel must be relatively new because it smelled of mortar. The arrangement was bad staff can't speak English, but with a little effort and with a compiler it is possible. We arrived at the accommodation two hours earlier so I believe that the untidy room was for this reason. There was dust everywhere, cobwebs on the walls, dirty rugs and dirt under the sink. However, at that price, it is a bright accommodation with new air conditioning. The beds are very hard.
