This is a wonderful 5 star hotel. Beautiful view and perfect service from all the staff. Whenever I come to Lang son the Vinpearl Hotel will be my first choice. The staff name: Ms. Cam and Ms. Soi brought me a very enthusiasm welcome. I’m very appreciate their service.nRoom no. 1508

it's my second time to stay in this hotel, same feeling as the last time. Nice checkin experience, clean room, everything is organized. especially the house keeping service, professional and enthusiastic. the ladies CAM and SOI are so nice and always with smile, good to be here again. Room no 807

It's the best because it's the 5 star hotel in town and the first and highest. I enjoyed using the pool, gym and sauna, but it seems that there are still few users. I think the price is very low considering the city view from the window and sufficient facilities and environment.

Very impressed, great value for money and a welcome luxurious break after weeks riding through the northern countryside. The staff went above and beyond to help us which was lovely. The set menu dinner was outstanding - absolutely delicious dishes, fresh ingredients and big portions, all for an unbeatable price. There is clearly a very talented chef behind the scenes!nnOnly negative to report is that we found the pool to be extremely busy with a lot of kids - clearly big groups of outside guests - so we didn't use it. As it is the COVID season, I understand that the hotel likely needs to generate revenue this way by welcoming outside guests. However, worth noting that if you are booking this hotel with a nice quiet relaxing swim in mind, you'll probably be disappointed.nnStill, overall we loved the hotel and will definitely return if we are back in Lạng Sơn.
