As others have said its a nice accommodation. I stayed here for two nights and bargained down to 250K per night. The rooms were clean and spacious. They also had a bike stand for my bicycle. They lost a star because the water pump on the top floor can be a loud when trying to sleep since I was on the top floor but earplugs solves that problem.

Really nice hotel for a night stay, clean, spacious rooms with private toilet. 250 000 for a double room per night, we checked a few other on the block and this one is by far the best

Thanks to the guys before me, I stayed here. Didnt bother checking the other ones. It was clean and room was large. Also nice balcony. 250.000 for a night.

Clean. Located on the pedestrian street. Good restaurants are also very close.

The guesthouse is clean, rent p501 for less than 50k because t1 has 1 room without window close to the stairs, t3 t4 has been put in place by a large family of young and old children. good air conditioning, cold fast, smooth. Wifi network does not have despite strong coverage.
