Number: 100-CPnHanoi, September 23, 1997nDECREE No. 100-CP OF SEPTEMBER 23, 1997 ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THACH LOI COMMUNES, HO BINH, UNDER THE MUI AND TAM NONG DISTRICT DISTRICT, DONG THAP PROVINCEnGOVERMENTnPursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992;nAt the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Thap province and the Minister-Head of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel,nDECREE:nArticle 1.- Now establishing Thanh Loi commune, Hoa Binh commune in Thap Muoi and Tam Nong districts of Dong Thap province.n1. Establish Hoa Binh commune in Tam Nong district on the basis of 2,197.4 ha of natural area and 2,598 inhabitants of Tan Cong Sinh commune; 694.8 ha of natural area and 31 people of Phu Cuong commune.nHoa Binh commune has 2,892.2 hectares of natural area and 2,629 people.nAdministrative boundaries of Hoa Binh commune: East borders on Long An province; West borders Tan Cong Sinh commune; South borders Thap Muoi district and Phu Cuong commune; North borders Tan Hong and Long An provinces.nAfter adjusting the administrative boundary:nTan Cong Sinh commune has 7,331.69 ha of natural area and 3,475 people.nPhu Cuong commune has 5,506.17 hectares of natural area and 6,215 people.n2. Establish Thanh Loi commune in Thap Muoi district on the basis of 4,268 ha of natural area and 3,310 people in Hung Thanh commune.nAdministrative boundary of Thanh Loi commune: East borders on Long An province; West borders Hung Thanh commune; South borders Hung Thanh commune and Truong Xuan commune; North borders Tam Nong district and Long An province.nAfter adjusting the administrative boundary, Hung Thanh commune still has 5,060.25 hectares of natural area and 4,443 people.nArticle 2.- This Decree takes effect 15 days after its signing. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are hereby repealed.nArticle 3.- The Chairman of the Dong Thap People's Committee and the Minister-Head of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel shall implement this Decree.nnVo Van Kiet
