In 1980, a number of parishioners from other regions migrated to Ngoc Dinh commune and Thanh Son commune, Dinh Quan district to establish and establish a missionary mission, belonging to La Nga Parish under the care of Father Anthony Vu ​​Quang Minh. Because it was very difficult to attend the religious activities of the community, away from the church. On December 31, 1989, Father Antôn came to this Church and gathered the community and established the Holy Family Teacher. the administration of their Church was established and the Holy community built a makeshift chapel as a place to offer and pray. Under Father Anthony's direction, the Holy Family Church community has had stable religious activities and a growing faith life. In 1994, Father Anton and the Holy Family community started construction of a new church and inaugurated a year later. Also during this time, the Holy Family was renamed Ngoc Thanh (Ngoc Dinh - Thanh Son). 2002, Father Joseph Nguyen Duc Ngoc, La Nga parish was assigned to teach Ngoc Thanh Church. Four years later, the Ngoc Thanh Church was raised to the Parish and Father Joseph was appointed as the first parish priest. In October 2010, Father Joseph joined the parishioners to start building churches, bell towers, educators and remodeling monuments.
