I loved the staff, the facilities, every things... we were only 6 people on board on June 09, very exclusive experience which was one of the highlights of our trip! The rooms and the views are spectacular. We have no words for the jacuzzi - they add more to the already breathtaking views of Bai Tu Long Bay! We also had our anniversary and the staff surprised us with room decoration and cakes :)

Beautiful cruises. The staffs are so polite and nice, food is great and we got extra care.

This is my first time on such a luxury yacht. An exclusive journey with everything. I was afraid of having no time with my husband due to our children but surprisingly they offer a kid room which excited my child and we had a full romantic night. Thank you Emperor's staff. We definitely come back

The experience with this company has been a disaster.nAt the begging because they didn't answer my emails for one month, so until the day before of the cruise we didn't know where they are going to pick up us (40$ each person).nAnd at the end, we took the transfer from Hanoi to Halong bay (more than 3 hours) and when we arrived at Halong they told us that the wheater was not ok so we couldn't do the cruise (yes, they said that they didn't know it before, when we actually know that the other companies got the same information from the morning).nAnd for my surprise they asked us to don't do a bad review about them!!nWe understand that the weather it's not their fault, but thanks for making us lose one day of our holidays (we arrived to Hanoi at 5pm).nBy the way, the taxi leave us in the middle of anything with all the luggage, because he decided that he didn't want to drive 2-3more minutes.
