Bambou

We have been visiting Bambou Co. for Vietnam-themed T-shirts and other clothes for about 10-12 years. They have all lasted, they all draw interest from people back in the US, they are unique in quality. We made our first trip to Mui Ne lately, and found your store there. There was a lady who dealt with the Russian customers and in lull in their constant flow into the store, she helped us. She was great, very professional and helpful, responsive and spoke perfect english, so we got what we wanted easily. Once more Russian customers came in she became occupied as we kept finding other things to try on so we turned to two young vietnamese women. Unlike previous multiple visits teach o Nha Trang, Hoi An, even TPHCM when you had places there (HCM) to retail your stuff, these were quite young women, who were avowdly nonverbal in response to our questions and maybe (I could be wrong) a bit surly. It has become common in the last few years that we have encountered that age group seemingly not enamored with their jobs in contrast to the older salespeople (maybe 30-40) we used to find in the stores just a few years ago. (So, props for the lady who helped us and maybe, a pay raise or some training to the younger staff.)

Excellent products

Stuffy. Prices are comparable with Europe and Russia, only we have a guarantee. The quality of sewing is not very good, the treatment of seams as in the neighboring shops - does not pull on the brand for such money. Air conditioning works only at the checkout. In the hall, the air conditioning does not work, there are no fans. Fitting rooms for some reason are additionally fenced with glass, probably so that visitors suffocate. I do not recommend this magazine.
