Lotteria, pizzahut, coffeeshop, ATM. Swimming tube for kids, fruit ok. Food court so so.

Nice parking, some great toys shop for kid, huge variety of groceries in the supermarket itself. I guess this is the largest one in Phan Thiết

Consistently the worst supermarket shopping experience, every time. No customer service. Only 1 staff on checkout. Obscene amounts of security staff standing around and leering, making customers feel uncomfortable and wanting to leave. Poor quality kitchen wares, even the most expensive of the range. Obscene amounts of plastic used for food, fresh and dry. Bathrooms are a mess, no toilet paper, cubicles occupied by staff on their phones. Looks, sounds and feels like the 1980's. Only 1 ATM and on the bottom floor. If you're lucky, you'll actually be able to use the escalator without being blocked by every single person to wall yourself the hell out of there.

It’s location is very good, center on the city. You can find quite a lot of things here . It is a bit smaller side comparing to Lotte Mart in Saigon, but you can trust the service is quite standardized. ATM downstairs is also convenient, but they should have more ATM posts from different banks.
