Bureaucratic government bank in Vietnam.

Although in recent years, the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development has increasingly modernized distribution channels, aiming to serve customers better and better, but I still see some limitations:nAbout time of transactions: Time for customers to wait for transactions at Agribank for a long time. I can understand in part because the number of customers is too large. But in terms of the professional level and the quick work of the Agribank Bank staff, I still do not appreciate it. Not only employees of To Hieu branch, but also other branches, handling work is a bit slow.nAbout the money transfer service fee: The most recent transfer of money at Agribank, I found that the transfer fee seems to have decreased, but still higher than other banks quite a lot. Hopefully, the next time this will reduce the fee slightly. The bank should free the money transfer if the customer transfers money into his own account, even if the transfer is made at another branch office.nAbout customer service attitude: Some employees are not friendly, not enthusiastic to consult and answer to customers.
