Had a good experience. The manager Meghan and Hurong were good in taking care of customers and the facilities were pleasant and safe. Food was fantastic and we even had a Halloween party, which was a good surprise. The staff took effort to surprise us.

Unforgettable experience! The most friendliest crew and just cruising through Ha Long bay was so magical. Every meal was outstanding! Dinner were always like 6 course meals. Got to visit villages, go to caves, go squid fishing and kayaking.

Signature cruise gave us the best memory for the whole vietnam trip. Everything was well planned and worth every pennies that we spent. Fine dining, activities, cruise equipements, services such as shuttle bus, customer services from all the staffs were perfect and well planned. It was very luxurious and we are very glad we chose the right cruise for our trip.

We had the best time onboard Signature Cruises. After much debate about which junk to do this trip with, we were thrilled with our choice to cruise with Signature. We opted for the 3 day, 2 night option with a transfer from our Hanoi accommodation and then to Hanoi airport after the cruise. The driver was on time both ways, the ride was comfortable and once we arrived we met our cruise director Mr Lee (Mr Cuong). He set out from the beginning to ensure everyone on board had an excellent time, and all staff were the same. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable too. The food was amazing, and they are extremely accommodating to dietary requirements and preferences. All activities were well organised and despite the busy itinerary, it was a wonderful 48 hours on board and the perfect recharge before heading back to the city. It really is the number 1 cruise company!
