Fabric market. You should know the amount of cloth you need to get a better price and haggle. Then take it to a tailor and have it made. Quality is usually better than at Dong Xuan. It isnt a tourist place.

I love to come here to buy fabrics. Admittedly, the fabrics don't change very often. You can go and see the same fabrics many times over, but you will still find a few new things now and then. It's definitely a good place to have a look :)

Very fun experience, great selection. A bit overwhelming though, need to know what you want going in or else you'll be lost.
